A local nonprofit dedicated to making Omaha leadsafe, green and healthy is celebrating its 10th anniversary with Comedy Central comedian Kyle Kinane.

Kinane will perform at the fundraiser benefiting the Omaha Healthy Kids Alliance at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Omaha Design Center, 1502 Cuming St.

“In the past 10 years we have served thousands of families, partnered with dozens of community agencies and raised millions of dollars to support healthy homes in the Omaha metro area,” said Kara Eastman, the group’s president and chief executive officer.

Tickets are $40 in advance and $45 at the door.

Kinane does voiceovers for Comedy Central. His voice also has been in animated programs such as “Bob’s Burgers,” “Aqua Teen Hunger Force” and “Regular Show.” Kinane has also appeared on “Workaholics.”

Nebraska comic Kris Covi, a regular at Omaha’s Funny Bone Comedy Club, is the opening act.
